Brian provides financial management consulting services to nonprofit organizations.  Since 2001, he has served health and human service agencies, foundations, civil rights organizations, environmental groups, and arts agencies through his own independent practice and in association with others, including CompassPoint Nonprofit Services.  He works with executives, staff, and board members to assess needs, create plans, build capacity, and execute strategic changes to improve financial systems and performance.
